✦What types of readings do you offer?

We offer five ancient arts: tarot card readings, astrology birth chart consultations, palmistry (hand and palm readings), graphology (handwriting analysis) and sound baths. Each practitioner specialises in one or more disciplines and has a minimum of 25 years of professional practice.

✦How do I book a reading?

You can browse and book directly in our shop, choosing your practitioner and session length. Alternatively, use our contact page and we will help you find the right match. We reply within one working day.

✦Are readings available online?

Yes. All our practitioners offer online readings via Zoom or WhatsApp video, so you can access a reading from anywhere in the world. Online consultations are paid in advance; payment can be made by PayPal, bank transfer or cash.

✦What should I prepare before a reading?

It helps to have a sense of what you want insight into, though you are equally welcome to come with an open mind. A few specifics by art:

✦  Astrology: you will need your full birth date, birth place and birth time (as accurate as possible).

✦  Palmistry: just your birth date, so the reader can locate you on your life timeline.

✦  Tarot: nothing at all. Just you and an open mind.

✦  Graphology: a sample of your natural handwriting on plain, unlined paper.

✦What can I expect from a reading?

A reading is a collaborative conversation, not a one-way lecture. You are invited to ask questions, share what resonates and guide the session towards what matters most to you. All our readings are uplifting and forward-looking by design; we never predict doom, diagnose health conditions or advise on medical, legal or financial decisions.

If a reading begins to feel uncomfortable in the very first few minutes, please tell your reader immediately and we will offer a refund at that point. Refunds are not available once the reading is underway or complete.

✦Can readings help with life decisions?

Many of our clients use readings to gain clarity, confidence or fresh perspective on challenges, relationships, careers or personal growth. Our practitioners do not tell you what will happen or what to do; they illuminate the energies and patterns at work in your life right now, and help you see your choices and your strengths with fresh eyes.

✦Can I buy a reading as a gift?

Absolutely. We offer gift vouchers that can be used against any online reading or service in our shop. They make a thoughtful and original present for a birthday, a milestone, or anyone who would benefit from a little cosmic insight. We will send a beautiful voucher for your loved one to redeem at their leisure.

✦What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of personal readings. We do not offer refunds for no-shows. If a reading begins to feel uncomfortable in the very first few minutes, please let your reader know and we will arrange a refund at that point only.

✦How experienced are your practitioners?

Every practitioner at The Page of Wands has a minimum of 25 years of professional practice, without exception. Together they bring over 150 years of combined expertise across tarot, astrology, palmistry, graphology and sound. This is not a booking directory; it is a curated agency and every reader is personally chosen by founder Maggie Greening for their depth of mastery, their warmth and their ability to hold any room.

✦Are your practitioners qualified?

Yes. Our practitioners include an award-nominated astrologer with 47 years in practice, a Master Palmist and Natural Psychic who has guided leading public figures, a graphologist trusted by the Ministry of Defence and BBC Radio 4 whose work has been cited in approved medical research, and a tarot and palmistry reader who has performed at the Brit Awards after-party. All are fully insured and work to a clear professional code of conduct.

✦Will my reading be kept confidential?

Completely. What is said in a reading stays in the reading. Our practitioners are discreet by training and by disposition. Confidentiality agreements can be signed on request, and we are especially accustomed to working with clients who need complete privacy.

✦Can you provide practitioners for corporate events?

Yes, and it is one of our specialities. We provide one to four practitioners for Christmas parties, client hospitality evenings, corporate wellbeing days, team away days, product launches and private celebrations across London and the UK. We arrive early, dress the space beautifully, manage our own queue and leave your guests genuinely delighted. We have never missed an event.

✦Are you insured for events?

Yes. We carry £5m public liability insurance as standard. Full documentation is available for your venue’s supplier pack on request and any specific venue requirements are met without fuss. NDAs can be signed on request.

✦How much does corporate event hire cost?

Our packages start from £595 for an intimate gathering and rise according to the number of practitioners, hours and scale of the event. Our most popular package, The Salon (two practitioners, up to four hours, for 30 to 80 guests), starts from £1,450. Full pricing is on our packages page.

All prices are transparent, with no hidden extras. Travel beyond Greater London is always quoted clearly in your proposal.

✦What do you need from us on the day?

Very little. We need only the space agreed in advance, a chair and a table per practitioner, and access at least 30 minutes before the event starts. We bring our own table dressing and signage, manage our own queue, and place no demands on your event team once we arrive. We are truly self-contained.

✦Are readings appropriate for sceptical guests?

Our practitioners have spent decades in front of every kind of audience, including the sceptical ones. Nobody is ever pressed to take part. In our experience, the most sceptical guest is often the one who stays longest and leaves most quietly impressed. Our practitioners are warm, professional and completely at ease in a boardroom of sceptics.

✦Do you run workshops or group sessions?

Yes. Graphology and astrology workshops make particularly popular additions to team days and conferences, and our graphologist Christina is an accomplished keynote speaker nationally and internationally. ✦What is a tarot reading?

Tarot is a practice of using symbolic cards to illuminate the energies and patterns at work in your life. Our readers use the cards as a starting point for a meaningful conversation about your relationships, career, decisions and the path ahead. No prior knowledge of tarot is needed at all.

✦What is an astrology birth chart reading?

A birth chart is a map of the sky at the precise moment and place of your birth. An astrology reading with Graham explores what this chart reveals about your personality, life path, relationships, key challenges and current opportunities. Sessions last 90 minutes and include at least an hour of preparation before the consultation begins.

✦What does a palm reading involve?

Palmistry reads the lines, mounts and formations of the hand to reveal insight into your character, emotional life, relationships and life direction. There are no props or cards; the reader needs only your hand. It is one of the most immediately compelling of the arts and works brilliantly as an event experience because it is so personal and so instant.

✦What is graphology?

Graphology is the science and art of reading character and personality through handwriting. Every loop, slant and pressure mark reflects something true about the writer. Our graphologist Christina is one of the UK’s most respected practitioners, trusted by the Ministry of Defence, BBC Radio 4 and several universities. She also provides forensic graphology for solicitors and private investigators in fraud and forgery cases.

✦What is a sound bath?

A sound bath uses crystal singing bowls and resonant instruments to create gentle, immersive sound that moves through the body, slows the mind and leaves participants genuinely rested. It is one of the most quietly powerful experiences available, and pairs beautifully with readings on a wellbeing day as a grounding, restorative close to the programme.
